The Antrim County Correctional Facility dates to 1955 and has been renovated. The official page says MDOC rates it for 56 people. That figure describes rated capacity, not a current population count, and it does not support a claim about crowding or why any person moved.

Mark the subject or cover “FOIA Request.” The verified countywide electronic route is FOIArequest@antrimcountymi.gov, but jail records should be sent through the sheriff channel first. The sheriff says an electronic request is deemed received one business day after transmission. Michigan law generally gives the public body five business days to grant, deny, grant in part, or issue one written extension of up to ten business days. That is a response deadline, not a production guarantee.
