Terms Entered in Search
A name, place, or other term entered in a search tool is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. This site does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages Sent to Us
An email or contact message may be retained long enough to answer and maintain the related exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Ordinary server and analytics records can capture basic technical facts when a page loads, including:
- Internet Protocol address;

- pages viewed and time spent;
- the referring site, when supplied; and
- date and time stamps.

Links lead to sheriff and corrections pages, release-record sources, government portals, and independent search tools. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination’s own privacy terms govern.
Some advertising providers may measure activity across different sites to select ads. That processing occurs on their systems, not as a record kept directly by this site.

Personal information is not sold. Limited data may be provided to:

The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion if a minor submitted personal data.
