For an Antrim jail release record, start with Sheriff FOIA Coordinator Natasha Cook. Ask for the existing booking and release record, not a new explanation. Useful details include the person’s name, date of birth when known, booking or case number, and a narrow date range. The official sheriff page lists administration hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

For an electronic county route, the countywide FOIA page directs a focused request to FOIArequest@antrimcountymi.gov with “FOIA” or “FOIA Request” in the subject. Countywide requests may also be delivered to the Antrim County Building, 203 E. Cayuga St., Room 204, mailed to the Administration Office at P.O. Box 187, Bellaire, MI 49615, or faxed to 231-533-8111. Sheriff records should go through the sheriff channel first.
For MDOC records, follow the MDOC FOIA process and direct a request to MDOC-FOIA@michigan.gov or the MDOC FOIA Coordinator, P.O. Box 30003, Lansing, MI 48909. Ask for a named existing record such as a Basic Information Sheet, discharge certificate, parole order, or sentence-computation record.
